項(xiàng)目背景:數(shù)字化已無(wú)處不及無(wú)時(shí)不在,人們的工作方式、社會(huì)交往以及思想行為都呈現(xiàn)出新數(shù)字時(shí)代的新面貌。面對(duì)新的社會(huì)生存狀態(tài),人們開(kāi)始重新思考自身與數(shù)字技術(shù)的關(guān)系,追求更符合個(gè)人價(jià)值、更能促進(jìn)社會(huì)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。然而,仍有企業(yè)在使用舊方法來(lái)打造技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)型產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),無(wú)法充分發(fā)揮技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的收益,未來(lái)又當(dāng)如何發(fā)揮技術(shù)對(duì)企業(yè)和社會(huì)的賦能作用。展望未來(lái),企業(yè)應(yīng)如何改變當(dāng)前的技術(shù)應(yīng)用方式,又應(yīng)如何發(fā)揮技術(shù)對(duì)企業(yè)和社會(huì)的賦能作用?答案顯而易見(jiàn):除了增加產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的技術(shù)含量,企業(yè)還要順應(yīng)大眾的期望,讓技術(shù)應(yīng)用更符合人性需求。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),企業(yè)必須以信任為基石,重新審視原有的商業(yè)和技術(shù)模式,以負(fù)責(zé)任的態(tài)度在數(shù)字世界中建立可持續(xù)發(fā)展和增長(zhǎng),商業(yè)技術(shù)和創(chuàng)新模式的變革迫在眉睫。 Digitization has become ubiquitous, and people's work style, social interaction, behavior are all present a new face of the new digital age. This is because there is now a very great need to develop and produce a business, technology, and social infrastructure that will enable the world to evolve and develop from the crisis, so that every part of life is capable of being sustained and enhanced. So how should enterprises change the current application of technology and empower enterprises and societies? The answer is obvious: In addition to increasing the technical content of products and services, companies have to adapt to the expectations of the general public and make technology applications more responsive to human needs.
項(xiàng)目介紹:本項(xiàng)目聚焦21世紀(jì)人類集體行為與個(gè)體行為、社會(huì)需求,科技創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系,通過(guò)研究社會(huì)組織與科研技術(shù)的關(guān)系,學(xué)生將學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)今最前沿的現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)內(nèi)容,并且將當(dāng)下的各類社會(huì)行為作為具體案例,學(xué)習(xí)并運(yùn)用管理學(xué)方法進(jìn)行雙向優(yōu)化,從而深刻了解核心科研技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的變現(xiàn)模式和可持續(xù)性的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。通過(guò)研究科技產(chǎn)業(yè)成功與失敗的案例,探討科學(xué)技術(shù)在社會(huì)中的實(shí)際運(yùn)用和發(fā)展。進(jìn)而了解個(gè)人和公司在社會(huì)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。例如在全球聚焦新能源建設(shè)的當(dāng)下,特斯拉是如何通過(guò)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)獲得資本青睞?特斯拉又是通過(guò)何種商業(yè)模式在中國(guó)汽車市場(chǎng),以驚人的速度開(kāi)展本土化制造與推廣?通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)營(yíng)銷模式快速占據(jù)燃油汽車的市場(chǎng)份額,最大化降低生產(chǎn)鏈中的經(jīng)濟(jì)磨損,這一切都離不開(kāi)現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)的科學(xué)運(yùn)用。本課題還會(huì)探討社會(huì)中人類個(gè)體的行為是如何受到科學(xué)技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響,與此同時(shí)又是如何推動(dòng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。例如在本世紀(jì)初美國(guó)蘋果公司在移動(dòng)個(gè)人設(shè)備終端大力推廣的“手勢(shì)操作”并沒(méi)有很快的受到大眾的追捧,但是隨著核心技術(shù)的不斷優(yōu)化,“手勢(shì)操作”已經(jīng)成為了社會(huì)中全年齡段都離不開(kāi)的基本技能。由此可見(jiàn),人類的個(gè)體行為習(xí)慣與科研技術(shù)在協(xié)同發(fā)展,互相促進(jìn),蘋果公司在提升了科技社交效率的同時(shí),也為自己帶來(lái)了無(wú)盡的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。在該項(xiàng)目中,學(xué)生可自由選擇自己感興趣的課題,并在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下深入研究并完成內(nèi)容輸出,豐富自身知識(shí),也可作為未來(lái)研究發(fā)展方向的內(nèi)容儲(chǔ)備。學(xué)生將在項(xiàng)目結(jié)束時(shí)提交課題報(bào)告,并完成演講及成果展示。 This module aims to explore the relationship between collective and individual behavior, society, and technology. It is especially concerned with how technologies evolve in relation to organizational, collective and individual behavior, and vice versa. We evaluate how technologies deliver (and fail to deliver) profitable, effective and valuable product services processes and activities. The module explores in detail the relationship between society and technology, especially in terms of how and why technologies succeed and fail; the value that technologies deliver (and do not deliver); and the wider position of technology in society. We examine also the relationship between individuals and technology, how behavior influences how technologies are developed, and how technologies influence and shape behavior.
