十九大圍繞的主題是：

不忘初心，方得始終。中國共產(chǎn)黨人的初心和使命，就是為中國人民謀幸福，為中華民族謀復(fù)興。這個初心和使命是激勵中國共產(chǎn)黨人不斷前進(jìn)的根本動力。

Never forget why you started, and you can accomplish your mission. The original aspiration and the mission of Chinese Communists is to seek happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation. This founding aspiration, this mission, is what inspires Chinese Communists to advance.

習(xí)主席在報告中指出如今的中國已經(jīng)發(fā)生了翻天覆地的、嶄新的變化。

變化一：

經(jīng)過長期努力，中國特色社會主義進(jìn)入了新時代，這是我國發(fā)展新的歷史方位。

With decades of hard work, socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era. This is a new historic juncture in China’s development.

變化二：

中國特色社會主義進(jìn)入新時代，我國社會主義矛盾已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)化為人民日益增長的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的發(fā)展之間的矛盾。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. What we now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.

同時，習(xí)主席做出了幾項重要指示，其中的哲理性完全不輸給偉大孔老夫子，趕緊一睹為快吧！

行百里者半九十。中華民族偉大復(fù)興，絕不是輕輕松松、敲鑼打鼓就能實現(xiàn)的。全黨必須準(zhǔn)備付出更為艱巨，更為艱苦的努力。

As the Chinese saying goes, the last leg of a journey just marks the halfway point. Achieving national rejuvenation will be no walk in the park; and it will take more than drum beating and gong clanging to get there. Every one of us in the Party must be prepared to work even harder toward this goal.

絕不允許以言代法、以權(quán)壓法、逐利違法、徇私枉法。

No organization or individual has the power to overstep the Constitution or the law; and no one in a position of power is allowed in any way to override the law with his own orders, place his authority above the law, violate the law for personal gain, or abuse the law.

堅持房子是用來住的、不是用來炒的定位。

We must not forget that housing is for living in, not for speculation.

我們絕不允許任何人、任何組織、任何政黨、在任何時候、以任何形式、把任何一塊中國領(lǐng)土從中國分裂出去！

We will never allow anyone, any organization, or any political party, at any time or in any form, to separate any part of Chinese territory from China.

強化不敢腐的震懾，扎牢不能腐的籠子，增強不想腐的自覺，通過不懈努力換來海晏河清、朗朗乾坤。

We will strengthen deterrence so officials daren’t be corrupt, strengthen the cage of institutions so they’re unable to be corrupt, and strengthen their vigilance so that they have no desire to commit corruption. Our political environment will, through tireless efforts, like seas fallen clam and rivers running clear, be clean and free of corruption.

青年興則國家興，青年強則國家強。青年一代有理想、有本領(lǐng)、有擔(dān)當(dāng)，國家就有前途，民族就有希望。

A nation will prosper only when its young people thrive; a country will be full of hope and have a great tomorrow only when its younger generations have ideals, ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
