Murdoch University's degree program is approved by the Ministry of Education Singapore with a unique global educational experience. Students are able to transit smoothly to any of the Murdoch locations in Perth, Singapore, Dubai.

Murdoch University’s Double Major Degree in Finance and Criminology provides a multi-faceted education that develops your understanding of financial subjects such as capital costs and investment, dividend policy, and efficient capital markets to name a few.

With the Finance modules complementing your Criminology studies, the additional knowledge supports your understanding of the cause and prevention of crimes from a multidisciplinary approach, and provides new perspectives to broaden your understanding of the subject.

Through exploring the combination of these two majors, you will develop skills such as the ability to analyse, creative problem-solving and decision making. Skills that remain highly relevant across professional fields.

Pursue a Murdoch Double Major Degree programme, to stand out and explore career opportunities in the business landscape, and remain relevant and versatile within the Criminology sector.

Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the programme structure will be awarded the Bachelor of Business in Finance and Criminology (Double Major) from Murdoch University. The Degree is exactly the same as that awarded to on-campus graduates in Australia.

Students with Polytechnic Diplomas will gain entry to Year 2 of the programme, and they can complete the programme in 16 months instead of 28 months. The Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Events and Human Resource Management (Double Major) accepts a wide range of qualifications with advanced standing: These include: Polytechnic Diploma; Advanced Diploma; Kaplan Diploma; Private Diploma will be assessed on a case-by-case basis ACCA. Applicants admitted to the programme may be required to undertake bridging units to fulfil the required prerequisite knowledge. The final decision rests with Murdoch University. Successful completion of a recognized approved Diploma qualification of higher, where the language of instruction was English. English Language Requirements: IELTS 6.0 – 6.5 (to be assessed by the university).
