This course equips you with basic management practices and procedures as well as the specific tourism management knowledge and skills essential to the industry. It will introduce you to the concept of the visitor economy as well as different industries that form part of the global tourism industry such as airlines, cruise lines, casinos and destinations.

Postgraduate pathway options exist for graduates to continue on to a related master-level qualification through William Blue partner institutions.

Students are required to complete international Qualifications equivalent to Australian Year 12. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) – Academic: Overall 6.0 (min. sub-score 5.5); Test of English as a Foreign (TOEFL) – Paper Based Test: 550; Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) – Internet Based Test (iBT): 60-78 (min. 18 in writing); Pearson Test of English (PTE): 50 (no skill score <42); Cambridge English Requirements (B2 First = First Certificate Exam and C1 Advanced = CAE): Overall Cambridge English Scale score of 169, achievable in B2 First or C1 Advanced. No less than 162 in any paper; Occupational English Test (OET): C.
