A Bachelor program that applies Engineering Technology on Oil & Gas (Operation & Safety) in Downstream Plant which focuses on the following fields :

  • Petroleum Process Technology
  • Instrumentation & Control
  • Mechanical Inspection & Maintenance
  • Process Safety & Oil Gas Technology

Produce versatile engineer and technologist with sufficient theoretical knowledge and technical capability in operating on oil and gas downstream plant.

Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

PEO 1

UniKL graduates who are knowledgeable, competent and innovative, who will contribute towards the human capital in Petroleum Engineering Technology.

All international students must complete at least 12 years of education and obtained certificate in Higher Secondary School equivalent to ‘A’ Level for degree programmes. Senior High School Examination. English language proficiency requirements: IELTS - 5.0 or equivalent; TOEFL- 525 (PBT); 167 (CBT); 120 (IBT) and students who have attained the above test of proficiency in English are exempted from taking any English Placement Test (EPT) / English Preparatory Programs (EPP) courses.
