With a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from University of Houston-Clear Lake, you will receive a broad-based education that prepares you for a management role in a hospital, insurance provider, pharmaceutical company, physician practice or public health advocacy group. You will study under the tutelage of professors who are experts at applying theory to real-world experiences in accounting, management, business finance, information systems, healthcare planning and medical reimbursement.

If you’re a first-year student, you’ll begin your degree on the Clear Lake campus to ensure you lock down all your core classes and enjoy a more traditional college experience. And if you’re a transfer student, you will complete all your remaining classes for this degree at the UHCL classrooms located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center.

Applicants who have attended an institution located outside the United States must: Possess the equivalent of a U.S. high school/secondary diploma. Proof of English Language Proficiency: Your minimum scores must be: 550 on the paper-based TOEFL exam; 79 on the TOEFL (iBT) exam; 6.0 on the IELTS exam, 53 on the PTE exam; or, you can successfully complete level 112 in the ELS Intensive English Language program.
