項目背景:嵌入式是一種專用的計算機系統(tǒng),作為裝置或設備的一部分。通常,嵌入式系統(tǒng)是一個控制程序存儲在ROM中的嵌入式處理器控制板。事實上,所有帶有數(shù)字接口的設備,如手表、微波爐、錄像機、汽車等,都使用嵌入式系統(tǒng),有些嵌入式系統(tǒng)還包含操作系統(tǒng),但大多數(shù)嵌入式系統(tǒng)都是由單個程序實現(xiàn)整個控制邏輯。得益于嵌入式產(chǎn)業(yè)涉及的廣泛領域,嵌入式技術近年來得到了飛速的發(fā)展。An embedded is a specialized computer system that is used as part of a device or equipment. Usually, an embedded system is an embedded processor control board with control programs stored in ROM. In fact, all devices with digital interfaces, such as watches, microwave ovens, VCRs, cars, etc., use embedded systems, and some embedded systems include operating systems, but most embedded systems implement the entire control logic from a single program. Thanks to the wide range of fields involved in embedded industry, embedded technology has been developed rapidly in recent years.
項目介紹:本項目將帶領學生探索嵌入式系統(tǒng)及機電一體化領域,教授將對電子、反饋控制、嵌入式微控制器、機械設計和數(shù)字制造(3D打印、數(shù)控銑削)等主題進行系統(tǒng)性且詳細的介紹并與學生深入討論。學生將在項目中使用多種工程開發(fā)及模擬工具,包括電子電路模擬器(Falstad電路模擬器,Tinkercad電路模擬器),一個類似matlab的在線工具(Octave online),以及CAD/CAM工具(Tinkercad 3D設計,F(xiàn)usion 360)。本項目中還將討論傳感器和執(zhí)行器,包括電位器、光學編碼器、位置伺服和步進電機。Arduino微控制器將使用集成開發(fā)環(huán)境(Arduino IDE)進行討論和演示,并使用Tinkercad的Arduino模擬器進行模擬。在課程的機械設計部分,將通過簡單的例子介紹CAD,包括小齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)的設計,以及使用3D打印機和數(shù)控銑床制造零件。The course is an introduction to topics in electronics, feedback control, embedded microcontrollers, mechanical design, and digital manufacturing (3D printing, CNC milling). Several online tools will be used for demonstration and for assignments including electronic circuit simulators (Falstad Circuit Simulator, Tinkercad Circuit Simulator), a MATLAB-like online tool (Octave online), and CAD/CAM tools (Tinkercad 3D Design, Fusion 360). The course will also discuss sensors and actuators including potentiometers, optical encoders, position servos, and stepper motors. The Arduino microcontroller will be discussed and demonstrated using an Integrated Development Environment (Arduino IDE) and simulated using Tinkercad’s Arduino Simulator. In the mechanical design portion of the course, CAD will be introduced through simple examples involving design of pinion gear train, and manufacturing of parts using a 3D printer and a CNC mill.
