項(xiàng)目背景:機(jī)電一體化又稱(chēng)機(jī)械電子工程,是機(jī)械工程與自動(dòng)化的一種,英語(yǔ)稱(chēng)為Mechatronics,它是由英文機(jī)械學(xué)Mechanics的前半部分與電子學(xué)Electronics的后半部分組合而成。機(jī)電一體化最早出現(xiàn)在1971年日本雜志《機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)》的副刊上,隨著機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,機(jī)電一體化的概念被我們廣泛接受和普遍應(yīng)用。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)獲得前所未有的發(fā)展。現(xiàn)在的機(jī)電一體化技術(shù),是機(jī)械和微電子技術(shù)緊密集合的一門(mén)技術(shù),他的發(fā)展使冷冰冰的機(jī)器有了人性化,智能化。Mechatronics, also known as Mechatronics Engineering, is a kind of mechanical engineering and automation, known as Mechatronics in English, which is a combination of the first half of Mechanics and the second half of Electronics in English. Mechatronics first appeared in the supplement of the Japanese magazine 'Mechanical Design' in 1971, and with the rapid development of mechatronics technology, the concept of mechatronics was widely accepted and commonly applied by us. With the rapid development and wide application of computer technology, mechatronics technology has gained unprecedented development. Nowadays, mechatronics technology is a technology which is a close collection of mechanical and microelectronic technology, and his development makes the cold machine humanized and intelligent.

Several online tools will be used for demonstration and for assignments including electronic circuit simulators (Falstad Circuit Simulator, Tinkercad Circuit Simulator), a MATLAB-like online tool (Octave online), and CAD/CAM tools (Tinkercad 3D Design, Fusion 360). The course will also discuss sensors and actuators including potentiometers, optical encoders, position servos, and stepper motors. The Arduino microcontroller will be discussed and demonstrated using an Integrated Development Environment (Arduino IDE) and simulated using Tinkercad’s Arduino Simulator. In the mechanical design portion of the course, CAD will be introduced through simple examples involving design of pinion gear train, and manufacturing of parts using a 3D printer and a CNC mill.
