一、鄧迪大學(xué)院校概況

鄧迪大學(xué)（University of Dundee）是一座坐落于蘇格蘭鄧迪市的公立大學(xué)，創(chuàng)立于1881年，除鄧迪外它在蘇格蘭其它地方還有少許研究所。 學(xué)校格言（拉丁語）：Magnificat anima mea dominum（我的靈魂贊美主）。現(xiàn)有學(xué)生18,000人，教職工3000人。學(xué)校在2005年被《泰晤士報》評為全英教學(xué)質(zhì)量第一名，其中社會服務(wù)，生物科技和建筑專業(yè)被評為全英前十。另外學(xué)校被《星期日泰晤士報》評為04－05年度蘇格蘭最佳大學(xué)。

The University of Dundee is ranked 9th in the UK in the 2017 National Student Survey (NSS), achieving a top 10 place for a second successive year.

在2017年英國本土大學(xué)滿意度排名中，鄧迪大學(xué)再次名列TOP10之列，這是繼去年之后，第二次名列TOP10之列。

The University recorded overall satisfaction of 90 per cent, well above the sector average of 84 per cent, and was ranked 2nd in Scotland. These positive results follow on from the University being given a Gold award – the highest possible rating – in the first Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF), the results of which were published in June.

1.博士獎學(xué)金China Scholarship Council (CSC) Programme

申請條件

（1）Be a Chinese national

（2）Hold an Unconditional Offer to study for a PhD at the University of Dundee and meet our English language requirements

（3）Have completed Bachelors or Master's Degree before the agreed start of PhD study.

2.鄧迪大學(xué)碩士校友獎學(xué)金（Dundee Alumni Scholarship）

申請條件

Applicants must have completed a full undergraduate degree or studied for a period as an International Exchange, Study Abroad or Erasmus student at the University of Dundee and be applying for full time taught postgraduate degree, or if the applicant is a family member (i.e. mother, father, brother or sister) of an alumni student who has completed a full undergraduate or postgraduate degree at the University of Dundee.

3.鄧迪大學(xué)碩士獎學(xué)金（Humanitarian Scholarship）

申請條件

（1）目前在英國的中國學(xué)子：If you are currently in the UK - Hold the status afforded by the UK Government of 'humanitarian protection', hold full refugee status (granted by the UK Government), or have Discretionary leave to Remain on the basis of an asylum application. All of the above qualified statuses must have been granted from a date normally within 3 years from the start date of any Postgraduate programme for which you are applying. You will also need to have evidence of (where applicable) English language proficiency (IELTS or otherwise).

（2）目前在國內(nèi)的中國學(xué)子：If you are currently overseas - If applying on Humanitarian grounds you must provide evidence of humanitarian protection, citizenship, and proof of residence.  You will also need to have evidence of (where applicable) English language proficiency (IELTS or otherwise).

4.鄧迪大學(xué)本科生獎學(xué)金（Ken Scott bursary）

申請條件

Applicants must have already applied for the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.

The Bursary is for the sum of  250 and will be awarded on the basis of financial need, provided that it is evidenced by a third party. Academic merit will not be taken into account.

5.鄧迪大學(xué)適合本科、碩士、博士的獎學(xué)金（Scotland's Saltire Scholarships）

申請條件

（1）已經(jīng)收到鄧迪大學(xué)offer

（2）合法的中國居民

（3）not have studied previously in Scotland at undergraduate or postgraduate level

（4）ensure you can meet the costs of living and remaining tuition fees

6.鄧迪大學(xué)碩士建筑獎學(xué)金（University of Dundee Global Excellence Scholarship (China / Postgraduate Architecture)）

申請條件

（1）Available to China national / permanent resident full fee paying students on a full time, campus based Business postgraduate degree programme.

（2）Scholarship will be deducted from the published tuition fee for the intended academic entry year

（3）Prospective students must have formally applied to the University for an eligible course and received an unconditional or conditional offer.

（4）Prospective students must have fully completed the Scholarship application form, instructions on how to apply will be sent with the formal offer email.

（5）Selection of students will be based on their academic performance to date, their formal application and the content of their scholarship application form.
