項目介紹:
本課程將基于消費者資產(chǎn)框架,重點關(guān)注人工智能AI技術(shù)在新客戶獲取,客戶留存,以及客戶管理中的應(yīng)用。并以DALL-E2, ChatGPT等程序為實踐,直觀體驗AI在智能營銷場景中的功能實現(xiàn)。學生將在項目中了解人工智能在支持營銷運營方面的應(yīng)用,并評估人工智能的增值潛力,以及與人工智能技術(shù)相關(guān)的潛在風險。在項目結(jié)束時,提交項目報告并進行成果展示。 This course adopts the customer equity framework, which links the value of the customer to the organization to the following components: customer acquisition, customer retention, and relationship development. The course will be built around these components, examining the application of AI to support growth through each component. We will use the customer journey to tie these components together. By the end of the course, students will have a perspective on the potential applications of AI to support marketing operations. Students will also be equipped to more critically evaluate the potential for AI to add value, and on the risks associated with AI technologies.
