It introduces students to various fundamental marketing terms, ideas, concepts, principles, and theories. The aim is to equip students with a deep understanding of the link between marketing and customer value creation. Students will learn how to think critically about marketing, how to use the marketing toolkit to build and sustain strong brands and customer relationships. The real-world business examples and practical applications will give students the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge to practice.
