項目介紹：

本課程將涵蓋管理經(jīng)濟學的核心基礎(chǔ)概念，然后將其應用于醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生企業(yè)和相關(guān)組織的管理研究。項目中，教授將會把醫(yī)院[手術(shù)室]的運營和管理作為極具特色的案例分析之一。醫(yī)療相關(guān)企業(yè)的管理有別于普通企業(yè)的管理，在考慮企業(yè)利潤和成本的同時，醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)需要同時考慮健康普惠性和醫(yī)療糾紛等特殊情況的影響，因此醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)的管理經(jīng)濟學一直都是很多應用經(jīng)濟學最為難以攻克的難點。項目第一周將主要介紹基本醫(yī)療經(jīng)濟運作概念，如支出/收入/利潤、資產(chǎn)負債表和會計、效率、供需和激勵/抑制因素。然后，我們將以醫(yī)院手術(shù)室為例，透徹的分析醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)背后的經(jīng)濟學原理與運作邏輯。同時，[效率]和[生產(chǎn)率]之間的概念差異和實質(zhì)差異等更多的醫(yī)療經(jīng)濟行為細節(jié)將在本項目中深入討論。接下來的幾周中，課程將主要關(guān)注醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)的價值定性，以及私人和公共醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生中的管理應用與研究。 The course covers some basis concepts in economics, and then applies them to healthcare. A focus of ‘operating theatres’ is chosen as an example of the principles. Each lecture is followed by a short essay which will help the students write the assignment at the end. The first week will mainly cover the basic economic concepts such as expenses/income/profit,balance sheets and accounting, efficiency, supply-demand and incentives/disincentives. Then we will translate economics to health using the example of operating theatres. More details of the difference between ‘efficiency’ and ‘productivity’ will be discussed in this session. The following weeks will mainly focus on the value based healthcare and the modern and classical monetary theory in private and public funded healthcare.?
