項(xiàng)目介紹:
本課程主要基于統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、生物統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)知識,著重關(guān)注醫(yī)學(xué)和公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)領(lǐng)域的數(shù)據(jù)分析和系統(tǒng)綜述,其方法論也同樣適用于其他領(lǐng)域。本課程將向?qū)W生介紹分析項(xiàng)目的系統(tǒng)評價(jià)和薈萃分析的原理和重點(diǎn)知識,并疫苗的干預(yù)有效性數(shù)據(jù)分析為案例進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生將具備根據(jù)特定研究的議題和目的、設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)、起草研究方案,進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)搜索、應(yīng)用適當(dāng)?shù)姆治龇椒?、解釋和分析結(jié)論。在此過程中可以識別系統(tǒng)偏倚和異質(zhì)性。最后,學(xué)生可以在科研過程中,閱讀理解和評價(jià)同行已發(fā)表的系統(tǒng)評論和分析論文。? 個性化研究課題:脂蛋白濃度與結(jié)直腸癌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)調(diào)查、基因組測序用于臨床感染性疾病診斷價(jià)值的分析、新冠肺炎患者實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)改變發(fā)生率的分析、閱讀與兒童青少年近視相關(guān)性分析、Meta分析篩選和鑒定胰腺癌相關(guān)基因的研究.? This course is based on statistics and biostatistics, with an emphasis on data analysis and systematic review in the fields of medicine and public health. The methodology is also applicable to other fields. This course will introduce students to the principles and key knowledge of systematic evaluation and meta-analysis of analytical projects, and study the data analysis of vaccine intervention effectiveness as a case study. Students will be equipped to design experiments, draft research proposals, conduct literature searches, apply appropriate analytical methods, interpret and analyze conclusions according to the specific research topic and purpose. System bias and heterogeneity can be identified in this process. Finally, in the course of scientific research, students can read, understand and evaluate the systematic review and analysis papers published by their peers.
