項(xiàng)目介紹：

VUCA是指volatility（易變性），uncertainty（不確定性），complexity（復(fù)雜性），ambiguity（模糊性）的縮寫。[兵無常勢，水無常形。]變化與不確定，是永恒的主題。成功的變革，可謂是鳳毛麟角。如何搶占變化先機(jī)，提高變化的效率和成功率，是每位管理者萬分關(guān)心的重大課題。人力資源也要適應(yīng)環(huán)境變化，以創(chuàng)新思維提升企業(yè)競爭力和盈利能力。本課程將結(jié)合多種教學(xué)方法:講座、小組討論、團(tuán)隊(duì)項(xiàng)目和自我評估，并強(qiáng)調(diào)自我反思，將這些概念與學(xué)生未來職業(yè)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)聯(lián)系起來。學(xué)生將在項(xiàng)目結(jié)束時(shí)，選擇自己感興趣的方向進(jìn)行科學(xué)研究，提交項(xiàng)目報(bào)告，進(jìn)行成果展示。 VUCA stands for?volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. It describes a globally connected world where constant, unpredictable change is the norm. Following the premise that leadership is a skill to acquire and master, rather than a genetic inheritance, this course will provide a framework and template for your journey into VUCA, including developing awareness of your leadership style and what it takes to positively influence those who work with you and your organization.?The course will combine a variety of pedagogical approaches: lectures, group discussions, team projects and self-assessments. Emphasis is placed on self-reflection and linking the concepts to students’ own objectives for their future career and development as leader.?Students will work in small teams and explore leadership concepts and issues covered in class in a particular industry / function they are interested in. Teams will present their key findings at the end of the course.?
