項(xiàng)目介紹：

本課程將涵蓋管理經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的核心基礎(chǔ)概念，然后將其應(yīng)用于醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域并對(duì)該產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行深度研究。醫(yī)療與衛(wèi)生經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)有著獨(dú)特的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究特征，由于醫(yī)療行業(yè)的專業(yè)性和普惠的特殊性，我們不能直接將傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論應(yīng)用在醫(yī)療和衛(wèi)生行業(yè)，這也解釋了為什么大部分專業(yè)衛(wèi)生政策與醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的制定者往往都有著專業(yè)醫(yī)療背景。因此在項(xiàng)目中，教授將會(huì)把醫(yī)院[手術(shù)室]的運(yùn)營(yíng)和分析作為典型的案例分析之一。同時(shí)，項(xiàng)目第一周將主要介紹基本商業(yè)管理經(jīng)濟(jì)概念，如支出/收入/利潤(rùn)、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表和會(huì)計(jì)、效率、供需和激勵(lì)/抑制因素。然后，我們將以醫(yī)院手術(shù)室為例，深度分析醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)背后的獨(dú)特經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理與運(yùn)作邏輯。同時(shí)，我們要深刻的理論醫(yī)療行業(yè)的[效率]和[生產(chǎn)率]之間的概念差異和實(shí)質(zhì)差異。比如，我們不能用一般企業(yè)的KPI來(lái)衡量醫(yī)生的治療病人的數(shù)量和由此帶來(lái)的營(yíng)收。因此，等更多的醫(yī)療經(jīng)濟(jì)行為細(xì)節(jié)將在本課程中深入討論。最后在接下來(lái)的幾周我們將主要關(guān)注醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)的價(jià)值定性，以及如何用經(jīng)濟(jì)貨幣理論來(lái)衡量私人和公共醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生中的效益。 The course covers some basis concepts in economics, and then applies them to healthcare. A focus of ‘operating theatres’ is chosen as an example of the principles. Each lecture is followed by a short essay which will help the students write the assignment at the end. The first week will mainly cover the basic economic concepts such as expenses/income/profit,balance sheets and accounting, efficiency, supply-demand and incentives/disincentives. Then we will translate economics to health using the example of operating theatres. More details of the difference between ‘efficiency’ and ‘productivity’ will be discussed in this session. The following weeks will mainly focus on the value based healthcare and the modern and classical monetary theory in private and public funded healthcare.?
