企業(yè)如何在運營上具有競爭力? 有些公司通過用穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品或者更快更便宜的服務(wù)使得消費者滿意。這通常是操作運營策略的結(jié)果。數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型推動了運營的精準(zhǔn)化和數(shù)字化。在數(shù)字化技術(shù)推動下，生產(chǎn)要素更加精細，運營流程、匹配更加準(zhǔn)確、恰當(dāng)，從而產(chǎn)生新的商業(yè)范式。我們會學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)字化是如何顛覆公司競爭和運營的方式。本課程會探討運營如何創(chuàng)造和維持競爭優(yōu)勢，數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的技術(shù)框架，因果推斷、實驗、機器學(xué)習(xí)等方法，和如何利用數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動運營決策與應(yīng)用。 Digital models transform the rules of operations: supply and demand data are broken down into finer levels and data-driven decisions are able to match supply and demand more efficiently and accurately. In this course, we will learn how digitization reshapes companies in how they operate and compete in new ways. An important goal of this course is to learn data-driven techniques, including causation, field experiment, machine learning, and how to use these techniques to support operations decisions.
