2019年的戰(zhàn)托寶寶看過來：2018托福考試年度分析報告

新的一年已經到來，對于備戰(zhàn)2019年托?？荚?/a>的童鞋來說，了解過去一年的考試趨勢，有助于大家更加有針對性的準備考試，起到事半功倍的作用。小編整理了2018年度托福考試分析報告，希望對大家有所幫助!

聽力部分

縱觀2018年的考試，大部分學生出考場的第一反應就是“難”，且這個“難”不僅限于聽力單科部分，個別場次甚至出現了學生大呼“口語部分的聽力聽不懂”?？梢奅TS的確是非常希望綜合考察學生的聽力能力。

過去一年的聽力考場情況究竟如何，我們又該如何應對?我們從以下這幾個方面來分析。

一、話題考察部分

對話部分

基本延續(xù)office hour 和 service hour 的經典組合，但在部分場次也出現了2篇同為office hour 或者 service hour 的現象。且在目前統(tǒng)計的場次中，學術相關的話題占比相對而言較高。

(注：話題統(tǒng)計出自學生回憶和網絡，存在偏差)

Service hour涉及考生們所熟悉的宿舍問題、圖書館、社團活動、申請工作等經典場景，話題理解難度不大，其中申請工作實習等話題出現頻次有所增加。

Office hour涉及選課、解答知識點、論文開題和修改、請教作業(yè)、討論某課題的研究項目等。專業(yè)性對話討論的內容基本上和講座所涉及的話題基本一致，甚至多次出現較難的天文，以及細節(jié)考察較多的文學，藝術類。

綜合所考的話題，以及大部分學生的考后反應：對話雖然時長較短，但一般語速較快，且專業(yè)性的話題出現越來越多，給考生記憶力和信息理解速度和準確度上帶來較大的挑戰(zhàn)。

講座部分

話題分類上來看：依然是自然科學、文學藝術、社會科學、生命科學四大經典分類;文學藝術，社會科學等話題的頻率略高。

此外，今年的講座中出現了不少美國政府，歷史相關的話題。

下面我們詳細來看看各類別考察的要點：

生命科學： 生物題材依然是熱點：包括動物(特別是動物習性，特征)、植物、微生物：像鳥類，生物進化與遷徙。海洋生物，沼澤生物一向是ETS最喜歡考察的類別; 環(huán)境科學主要傾向于生態(tài)環(huán)境與動植物的結合考察。

社會科學： 社會科學類主要考察了人類學、心理學、商業(yè)類話題。此外還會涉及到兒童教育話題。

自然科學： 天文學依然是考察重點，對于太陽系的討論十分頻繁，各類dwarf star 的題材層出不窮。天文學與物理學的結合知識也是考察的重點，比如：衛(wèi)星磁場和solar wind等知識的結合。這類講座一般牽扯到物理的電磁波，光學知識等，對于大部分同學來說理解難度較大。但我們知道托?？荚?/a>并不考察學生的背景知識儲備，所考察的內容也不會那么“專”，所以大家一是不必要有特別的畏懼心理，二是如果實在不擅長此類話題，可以根據我們上面所提到的類別進行簡單的知識積累。地質類話題中：地熱，地貌特征等是熱點考察話題。此類別詞匯較難，涉及概念較抽象。

文學藝術： 藝術中藝術史的考察占多數。其中藝術品的鑒賞和保存往往與當代科技相結合。

各類名家如莎士比亞，達芬奇;名著名作的考察較多;經濟學話題也涉及到像著名的經濟危機，“郁金香跑泡沫”等。所以考生平時可以有意識的積累相關學科的相應知識。

交叉學科(即一個講座涉及多個學科內容)考察情況越來越多。這將對學生的詞匯辨音，記憶反應速度有較大要求。

總的來說：聽力部分題材總體變化不大。但是從涉及到分話題來看，對學生詞匯聽辨，單句聽力能力有較大要求。

二、ABCD卷以及原題重現

從2017開始，托福考試基本實行每場考試4套卷，2018年也不例外。眾所周知之，ETS出一套題的成本并不小，考題的消耗速度加快，原題重現的幾率也會更高。(如 2018年1月6日 發(fā)展心理學 內容 重復2017年4月23日。)

另外值得注意的現象是，很多在TPO閱讀中出現的相關話題和聽力中的考題經常會出現轉化考察。如閱讀中出現多次的沼澤地的植物，在真考中也有出現行文結構比較相似的篇章，而聽力中經典的“faint young sun” 也曾被改編成閱讀篇章在真考中考察。

三、加試部分

2017年閱讀加試和聽力加試平分秋色，且基本不出現經典加試;2018年經典加試基本已經絕跡。且雙加試的情況不在少數，甚至有考生遇到聽力加試2個section的情況。這里也提醒考生注意：加試不一定出現在最后一個section(考試時每個section都需要認真答題)。這對考生的體力，注意力等也提出了較高的挑戰(zhàn)。

四、口音多變

2018的考試中，的確出現了類似印度口音， 英音，澳音等大家不熟悉的口語。但是基于EST設計考試的初衷：考察學生的英語語言能力，這些口音應該來說都會在能接受的范圍——即不會特別影響大家對于文章的理解。

五、聽力內容不難，但選項很不好選?

不少考生出考場之后，紛紛表示聽力的內容能聽懂，但是看到選項就覺得自己聽得是篇假聽力… 或者永遠糾結在兩個選項之間。

從目前搜集到的考題和學生老師參加考試的經驗來看，托福聽力考試的選項設置的確有變化， 具體來說就是：

第一，選項問題順序與原文順序并不一定對應(之前也有不對應的情況，但是大多數出現在多選表格題等);

第二，會更加考察學生是否有精準理解理解選項，選項中的語句很多不是原文中提及到的詞，更多是原文的同意替換。

所以，大部分考試所感受到的選項變難，其實是對學生對原文聽力“理解”， 以及選項語句的理解精準度上提出了更高的要求。

六、建議

看完2018 年托福聽力的考情總結， 能給我們2019的考生帶來哪些啟示呢?

縱觀以上幾點我們可以看到，托?？荚?/a>是在“穩(wěn)中求變”，從各個方面考察考生的聽力“理解”能力。所以我們同學在備考中要注意：

1.夯實詞匯基礎，踏實做精聽，以不變應萬變。但是無論以何種方式做精聽，一定要注意“理解”，精聽不是聽出單詞就行了，更重要的是對原文的理解

2. 鑒于經常出現考題重復和考試話題的更新，掌握最新考情回顧也是必要的：可以根據考情回顧做背景拓展，對于前文所提及到的熱點話題重點了解。

口語部分

今年一共有47場托?？荚嚕渲?月6日分成上下午考場。截止發(fā)表文章為止，已進行了45場(至12月8日最后一場)托?？谡Z考試。以下數據均統(tǒng)計于這45場考試之中。

TASK 1

獨立題Task 1中，我們可以看見ETS已經拋棄過去常見的純描述類的話題，而偏重于抽象事物以及事件類題型。題型分布基本和去年持平，但是“建議類”的話題數量大幅增加。

在今年這45場口語考試之中，“三選一”一共出現了14次，“建議類”出現了14次，“優(yōu)缺點”出現了11次，“描述類”僅僅出現了6次。

總結：

由此可見，2018年托福口語獨立題Task1中，“三選一”的題型會持續(xù)升溫。

此類題型需要考生在回答中迅速鎖定一個目標進行答題。給出三個備選方案中一般會出現一個比較容易又保險的選項，比如涉及到環(huán)境保護，校園生活，城市規(guī)劃，課后活動等話題。答題時候，可以先選擇一個說其優(yōu)點，再攻擊另外兩個選項的缺點，但是比例一定要掌握好。

在考場上要在短時間內想出合適的答案并不是很輕松，所以同學們不僅要在課上掌握老師講解的三選一答題方法，也要在平時生活中多積累獨立題部分的素材和經驗。

除此之外，還需要特別注意“建議類”和“優(yōu)缺點”的積累和練習。最近這兩類話題經常圍繞著“租房”和“開公司”這兩個以前不怎么考的話題展開?？梢远鄿蕚湎嚓P素材。

TASK 2題型問法還是最經典的

教育類和個人成長類話題占比最大，2019年應該不會降低數量，同學們可以多準備此類話題比如團隊合作，課堂筆記，要不要參考同學家長建議等等。此外，科技話題比如網絡課程，電子設備。所以不光要了解手機網絡跟電腦的信息，也要了解每個部分的優(yōu)缺點在哪。所以日常積累話題和素材很重要。

在今年這45場考試之中，獨立題TASK 1-2的考題，完全一樣的題目重復出現了4次。所以每一次的獨立題的真題題目都很寶貴和具有參考價值。

2019年參加托?？荚嚨耐瑢W們一定要把2018年的這90多題獨立題都練習一下，類似的話題或者說原題是絕對會重復出現的，全部練習一遍，底氣一定會更足的!!!2018年的90題獨立題都按照順序整理好了，大家可以參考最下面的附錄。

TASK 3

今年和前幾年相比，題型話題并沒有產生太大的變化。改善設施，教育學習，校園活動，餐廳，寢室還是第三題經?？嫉脑掝}。

總結：

校園類場景話題，需要考生進行有預測性的語料積累。

題目多涉及設施的改善，場所的營業(yè)時間，寢室，咖啡廳修建等話題，學業(yè)相關的題目在分類上，著重考察學術氛圍的營造和學習方法的探究，比如common room需不需要開放，學術論文的修改和計劃等等。

另外，第三題閱讀分為Announcement(學校通知)和Proposal(學生提議)兩種類型，特別需要注意，在口語答題時候的主語和人稱不要混淆。

TASK 4

從2018年的真題數據來看，生物仍然占了主導地位，和TPO以及前兩年的真題保持一致。另外心理學和商務也是兩大巨頭。剩余的學科包括環(huán)境科學，文學，歷史，藝術，地質，天文，農業(yè)，總的來說都占比不高，但是在平日練習過程中也需要涉獵一二，了解一些基礎的背景知識。

總結：

2019年“生物，心理，商業(yè)”依然會是三大巨頭。同學在練習過程中，應該以這些話題為重。但是其余的學科還是需要知識的儲備。比如天文，地質和考古是學生普遍比較頭疼的話題，但是如果事先掌握一些背景相關的知識比如風化weathering，天體名稱，就會容易理解很多。BBC的各種紀錄片話題涉獵廣泛，若學有余力，可以就自己感興趣或者想要進一步深入了解的學科進行查閱和學習。

另外，第四題答題特別需要注意時態(tài)的使用，比如教授出現personal experience或者controlled experiment這些需要過去時答題，但是如果是動植物的universal rules則需要一般現在時答題。學生往往忽略這個問題，憑自己想象和喜好來答。

TASK 5

第五題和第三題都是屬于校園場景類話題，同樣考察目的都是看同學們是否可以適應國外的校園生活，如果遇到困難，如何進行解決。

話題主要分為，時間沖突，校園活動，寢室安排問題，金錢問題和學習問題。

總結：

明年這些題型應該還是大頭，特別是時間沖突類題型。通常需要在自身利益和人際關系、課程之間進行選擇。比如男生答應替女生晚上去dining hall cover the shift，但是忘記自己晚上同時還要參加band rehearsal?；蛘吲ソo奶奶接機和生物復習課沖突等等。

需要注意的是，第五題在選擇自己更偏好的選項之后，需要進行有如辯論一般的解答，最好各方面都滴水不漏。既要“攻擊對方的缺點”也需要可以“彌補自身的缺點，并說出自身的優(yōu)點”。這不是一題兩題就馬上整理清楚思路的，需要多練習多思考多解決。

TASK 6

和第四題比較類似的是，今年的生物又毫無疑問占了最大的比重，超過一半的題目都是生物類話題。剩余學科包括商務，社會學，環(huán)境科學，藝術，文學，天文，地質等等。

生物普遍占主導優(yōu)勢。生物分為動物學zoology和植物學botany兩種。?？紕又参锶绾我捠硃rey，如何防御天敵predators，如何適應環(huán)境adapt to the environment，因需求而發(fā)展出各種各樣的special body features或者adaptation。

在此類話題中，經常涉及比較專業(yè)的動植物名字，比如豪豬porcupine，管鼻藿fulmar，車矢菊star thistle，臭鼬skunk，螨mite，蚜蟲aphid等等。同學們遇到此類詞匯，也完全不需要驚慌失措，因為老外他們自己也不知道這個是什么，就比如中文中“管鼻藿”我們也完全不知道是什么東西。所以在聽力的過程中，按照發(fā)音簡單記錄下這個詞，只要大致知道的分類是鳥，魚，花，草即可。此時同學們再加深發(fā)音就好。

當然了， 學有余力的同學可以多接觸BBC紀錄片，歐美的各種脫口秀節(jié)目，聽原版小說的有聲讀物，做配音練習和模仿都是可以提高口語語感，語音語調和分數的不錯的方法哦。
