項目介紹：

項目內(nèi)容包括數(shù)論、認知邏輯、集合基數(shù)等數(shù)學(xué)概念和理論，及其對計算機科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)作用。同時將允許學(xué)生更深入地研究一些課程主題，可以通過詳細地解決更難問題的方式，也可以檢查與課堂上討論的問題相關(guān)的問題，確切的主題將由學(xué)生與導(dǎo)師協(xié)商后選擇。教授將建議大約5個主題，但學(xué)生也可以選擇教授未建議的主題。項目將要求學(xué)生閱讀這些相關(guān)主題。學(xué)生可以分組作業(yè)，在項目結(jié)束時提交報告，進行成果展示，須提交書面報告，并進行答辯。The course project will allow students to delve more deeply into some of the course topics, either by working out a more difficult problem in detail or examining issues related to ones discussed in class. The exact topic will be selected by students in consultation with the mentor, subject to the approval of the professor. The professor will suggest about 5 topics, but students can also choose topics not suggested by the professor. Projects will require students to do some reading about these related topics. Students may work in groups. For the project, students will have to hand in a written report and do an oral presentation. The oral presentation should not just be a reading of the written report. Rather, you should explain in your own words the key high-level ideas.
