項(xiàng)目介紹：

This program will provide an introductory foundation to the science of decision-making. We will answer questions including: why do we make choices that disappoint us so often and easily? Why do we procrastinate? Why do spend too much on things that don’t make us happy? Why and when do we tend to lose money? When do doctors make mistakes, and why? How do we judge things are good or bad, right or wrong, lucky or earned? And why do some of people make especially bad choices, the kinds that hurt others? Why do some people seem to have a different set of moral standards all together? In each case, what we will discover is that human behavior is systematic, even if it imperfect,apparently irrational, inconsistent, and disappointing. In other words: there are reasons for why and when we make bad decisions and why and when people make good ones. A major focus will be on the experimental approaches that have allowed psychologists, neuroscientists and economists to elaborate the specific mechanisms of human decisions. 本項(xiàng)目將為學(xué)生全面講解認(rèn)知科學(xué)與人類決策科學(xué)的主要元素與實(shí)際應(yīng)用。項(xiàng)目中導(dǎo)師會(huì)引領(lǐng)學(xué)生發(fā)掘認(rèn)知科學(xué)與決策科學(xué)的緊密聯(lián)系與交叉領(lǐng)域中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用，導(dǎo)師將運(yùn)用多個(gè)犯罪事實(shí)作為案例進(jìn)行分析，同時(shí)運(yùn)用認(rèn)知科學(xué)相關(guān)內(nèi)剖析罪犯的犯罪動(dòng)機(jī)。項(xiàng)目中的主要討論問題包括:為什么我們會(huì)如此頻繁和輕易地做出讓自己失望的選擇?為什么我們會(huì)拖延?為什么要把太多的錢花在那些不能讓我們快樂的事情上?醫(yī)生什么時(shí)候會(huì)犯錯(cuò)，為什么?我們?nèi)绾闻袛嗍挛锸呛檬菈模菍?duì)是錯(cuò)，是幸運(yùn)還是應(yīng)得?為什么有些人會(huì)做出特別糟糕的選擇，那種傷害別人的選擇?為什么有些人的道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)似乎完全不同呢?本項(xiàng)目的重點(diǎn)將放在各類實(shí)驗(yàn)方法上，學(xué)生通過具體的實(shí)驗(yàn)來了解心理學(xué)家、神經(jīng)科學(xué)家和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家為什么能夠詳細(xì)闡述人類決策的具體機(jī)制。項(xiàng)目將以論文作為最終產(chǎn)出，同時(shí)學(xué)生會(huì)收獲學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告，最為日后的科研儲(chǔ)備。
