項(xiàng)目介紹:
本項(xiàng)目將使學(xué)生了解臨床醫(yī)生目前用于骨軟骨再生的前沿方法。本項(xiàng)目將從肌肉骨骼系統(tǒng)入手,分析肌肉骨骼功能,探究年輕運(yùn)動(dòng)員的骨質(zhì)疏松癥、骨關(guān)節(jié)炎和主要損傷類型。研究骨骼和軟骨中骨細(xì)胞、成骨細(xì)胞和破骨細(xì)胞在人類衰老中的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程。以此提出血管生成對(duì)組織形成和整合的要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)骨軟骨組織修復(fù)的臨床工具的研發(fā)。并將這種新型治療材料應(yīng)用到臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)中,帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生分析傳統(tǒng)骨軟骨組織置換策略的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)、適合骨軟骨置換的人工組織的臨床要求、植入手術(shù)和術(shù)后隨訪、植入后恢復(fù)日?;顒?dòng):患者之間的差異等。學(xué)生將在項(xiàng)目結(jié)束時(shí),提交項(xiàng)目報(bào)告,進(jìn)行成果展示。 個(gè)性化研究課題參考: 再生醫(yī)學(xué)(心臟病發(fā)作后心臟組織再生的新方法) 健康老齡化和延長(zhǎng)壽命(使人體組織恢復(fù)活力的策略,有可能活到 150 歲以上嗎?) 組織工程(如何使用智能材料通過(guò)誘導(dǎo)干細(xì)胞分化為不同譜系來(lái)創(chuàng)造新組織) 將合成生物學(xué)與再生醫(yī)學(xué)相結(jié)合(創(chuàng)造可用于創(chuàng)造新器官和組織的新原核生物) This project will expose students to the cutting-edge methods currently used by clinicians for osteochondral replacement, starting with the musculoskeletal system, analyzing musculoskeletal function, and exploring osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and major injury types in young athletes. The dynamic process of osteocytes, osteoblasts and osteoclasts in bone and cartilage in human aging were studied. Next, the requirements of angiogenesis for tissue formation and integration are proposed, and the development of clinical tools for osteochondral tissue repair is analyzed. By using this therapeutic material to clinical experiments, the professor leads students to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of traditional osteochondral tissue replacement strategies (using tissue from voluntary donors or own patients), clinical requirements for artificial tissue suitable for osteochondral replacement, Implant surgery and postoperative follow-up, return to daily activities after implantation: differences between patients, etc. At the end of the project, students will submit a project report and present their results. Suggested Future Research Fields: Regenerative medicine (i.e. new approaches to regenerate cardiac tissue after heart attack) Healthy aging and increasing lifespan (i.e. Strategies to rejuvenate human tissues. Could it possible to live more than 150 years?) Tissue engineering (i.e. how to use smart materials to create new tissues by inducing the differentiation of stem cells into different lineages) Merging synthetic biology with regenerative medicine (i.e. to create new prokaryotic organisms that can be used to create new organs and tissues)
